I was very satisfied with my tub lift. I have been researching for a tub lift in the USA--Med Mart had the only one. My previous tub with lift (Majestic tub) stopped working. They are all made in the UK. I finally am able to take a tub bath!!!

Great customer service, very knowledgeable about the products they sell, provide detailed information, help you to find the right solution for your specific case. If there is any issues or questions or concern - it gets resolved quickly and with customer in mind. They have great relationships with the manufacturers and are in immediate contact with them should the issue require a manufacturer to be involved. I am very satisfied with Bed Mart experience.

What really stood out from other vendors online was the rapid response to my questions that actually provided real answers and not some "one size fits all" generic reply! The whole experience left me with the belief they are truly customer oriented in practice and, like many others, not simply stated as a marketing slogan.

Perfect design. I wish I'd found this product years ago. I gave up floor exercise and stretching because I couldn't get up from floor. Put to use almost immediately. Only assembly is putting on wheels!
