The people who help with my order were very well informed on the product, had some problems with computer but they fixed it and went on with the order. Received great service on shipping product. I am waiting for shipment to be completed.

Very good service but disappointed to learn my scooter, which is very good, was made in China, and therefore does not use American Workers who use thier pay for American Taxes which Chinese do not.

So far I haven't gotten my return address label for the item that wrong. And I don't when the right item is going to sent. Other than that everything was alright.

Ahhh, the joys of the holidays! As much as I personally LOVE Christmas time, in this business, it's really disheartening for people's medical equipment. I always think the carriers are going to see this is "medical" equipment and not a brand new flat screen TV and treat my orders with precedence and I get let down time and time again. :) Thank you for your patience and we really appreciate your feedback. Although I have not had a chance to use the BP apparatuses for lack of time, I was surprised to have receive my order the following day. I would also like to commend the person who attended to me when I was making my order, although she was a new employee she was courteous, helpful, and an honest sales rep.
