Hi there, I took a look into your order and it was placed on our website on a Sunday when our business hours are closed. I did see that the order was placed with a quantity of 2, we didn't overcharge you but we did communicate with you first thing this morning shortly after we opened at 9am for business and took care of refunding the one that you didn't intend to order. All should be well now, thank you!

Thank you for your feedback, the PO associated with this review does not show a zero turn scooter was purchased. It appears you purchased a lift for your vehicle to transport this scooter. I see you spoke with a representative today to discuss returning the lift, but per our return policy, this is not a returnable item. We would be happy to assist in getting the scooter fixed or would recommend touching base with the retailer that you purchased the scooter from. Thank you, MedMart Team
