I purchased an ArjoHuntleigh Maxi500 electric mobile patient lift. The price was extremely competitive, the best I could find. The ordering process was excellent. The response to my Saturday morning expression of online interest was prompt, I received a phone call within minutes and within minutes after my request I received a written proposal. Julie said I would have the Maxi500, delivered from Illinois to a California Med+Mart contract technician who would deliver it to me, within an estimated 10 business days. On the 10th business day after I ordered the Maxi500 it was lifting my disabled wife up from her bed in Northern California, a very long drive from the technician’s Southern California facility. I don’t know how I could have been treated better or have had a better experience.

Very happy with the customer service, especially given the difficult situation today. Got me the right part (the repair of out CS 7 bed was a success) and Margaret went out of her way to get us expedited shipping so we could fix the bed this weekend.

Really a nice machine. Paint awesome. One major problem, Negotiating in my yard very difficult to accelerate, it jumps , front wheels come off the ground. Not good. If I could accelerate slower it would really help.
