I ordered a lift chair during the viral outbreak. It was delivered in three days by a very nice and helpful driver. The chair is really nice, I actually prefer it to the Lazy Boy that we had before.

Great product! Good directions. Not for a person without some building skills or tools. If you have all the tools listed and can identify each one then you can do it. If not, check with your local Home Depot and they can probably give you the name of an installer. Hardest part of this project is caulking with the quick dry product that comes with the kit. Use it for the adhesive, then trim off excess and a couple days later use a good silicone based bathroom caulk and finish joints out.

The shower chair was easy to purchase, though it is pricey, it works well for my mother who is a quadriplegic. Very easy to assemble, no tools required. My mother felt safe and secure in the chair because it tilts. The wheel casters are easy to lock and does not slide when in use. The wheels glide easily across the floor like a regular wheelchair. The safety belts are very nice and easy to adjust. The only 2 things I would change would be wider arm slots to allow quadriplegics to rest their arms. The second change would be including a way to cover the waste container. It fills with water when showering and the weight of the water causes it to fall from the chair. Like I mentioned above, this shower chair is pricey, but the ease of use makes it worth the cost. I purchased a shower chair for $500 that did not tilt, required tools to assemble, my mother did not feel secure and I wasted money. If you are a caregiver caring for someone who cannot walk and has difficulty sitting up in a regular chair, spare yourself the headache and get the Roll-In Shower Buddy with tilt. You will not regret it. Lastly, I contacted the store to ask a few questions and I got a discount which saved me nearly 100 dollars. Keep in mind that there are weight limits to this chair and it cannot be returned to the store.
