Excellent customer service and follow up by the staff. The medical bed we ordered arrived in 5 days and was in perfect shape on a rolling palette. It took only 10 minutes to unpack it and have it ready to use. Highly recommend this company!

It"s. Easy to buy on site. Unfortunately I had to return the item because my father passed away and I no longer needed it.

The customer service representative I worked with was AWESOME! She worked with me through the cancellation and new order process professionally and patiently. The transactions got complicated when I wished to cancel the order I placed the night before and then, after determining that I could still get the best price through MedMart created a new order. It was a real blessing to find someone so understanding and patient.

My new chair was delivered in a short period of time. It is a comfortable chair, and I rave over it's performance, and comfort. If I had to find any faults it would only be that the light from the hand controller is to bright. But, something that I can live with. A GREAT CHAIR! I LOVE IT!
