Everything they promised they "delivered on". In fact my item showed up 2 days earlier than expected, and I could tell they worked w/ the delivering carrier to make sure the delivery went smoothly. Furthermore, Joy in customer service was very helpful in answering my questions quickly, timely, and professionally.

I just got my scooter today and I am so happy with it. It is easy to put together and it goes on pavement and grass. I’m so glad I purchased this- it will be going on vacations with me! Lois New Jersey

I originally went to Handicare to get a part. The company they connected me with was not 100% sure which battery I needed and I could buy it at my own risk. I decided to go back to Med Mart On Line where I got the lift to see if they sold parts. Darrel took the info on my lift and got a price and I ordered it. The battery was correct and I received it in a very reasonable time.
