Ordered by phone, very professional. Answered all questions and made personal recommendation after explaining how we planned to use the scooter for my 94 year old mother. Arrived very timely and assembly was very little and easy.

Darrell has been extremely helpful, both before and after the sale. He has responded to my email questions very quickly. If he personally doesn't have the information, he finds someone who does.

We received the Golden lift chair with lightening speed. It was a gift for my 98 yr old Mom. She loves it. Your service via the phone was outstanding. I would certainly recommend you to others.
