I recently purchased an overbed table for my mother. The phone representative (Margaret) was outstanding. She helped me select an appropriate table & sent a tech over to my mom's house to help assemble the item when it arrived. Unfortunately there was some confusion about damage that occurred to the table (between the tech & my mother), & I returned it for a refund. Margaret facilitated that process as well. She was always focused on customer satisfaction.

My dad loves his new scooter. It was delayed in getting to him but all said and done it was worth the wait. This machine has so many features and rides so smooth. It can climb up hills with no problem.

Good service over the phone, received excellent recommendation on a gel pad to go with the wheelchair. Their price comparison service is real, they will honor lower prices if you can send a link to a site offering same product for less. The products arrived, one via FedEx and one via UPS, in good condition but in a little longer time than expected (just a few days longer).

Julie has answered all my questions, which were many. I ordered a Ez Access modular ramp and asked for detailed information on all the pieces which were included. She has been very helpful in deciding how to configure the ramp and all the pieces which I needed. I cannot comment on the delivery because it has not shipped yet. I assume the factory is assembling all the parts and probable are filling other orders. It was ordered 5 days ago.

The Carroll C7 bed arrived within 4 days of ordering. The box was damaged by FEDEX acknowledged and thankfully there was no damage to bed. Bed was easy to put together and son loves how it works. Only negative was that as part of order was to receive free sheet set with Glissando mattress but did not come in delivery. Would order from medmart again

I have only had the bed about a week so not sure if the quality is there. I am disappointed the motors are as noisy as they are. I believe the online info said they were quiet, but they aren't. Concerned the neighbors whom live under me may complain using the controls after 9 p.m. or so. I also have a neighbor to the side of me that we share a common bedroom wall.

Found what I wanted. Received it and works great.

The chair was delivered within two days.. I got a great price after looking around it was the lowest. Thank You !
