Spent over $2,000 dollars on a lift and it hasn't worked since the beginning. Customer service blew me off the day after I received the lift and never worked to help me replace the broken parts. 8 months later I still have a broken lift and was told I now have to pay $275 to try and fix the broken lift. Will never but from med mart again. Consistently disappointed.

Hello , My order was supposed to be delivered April 4th - two days ago . I called yesterday and after being on hold for over 20 minutes I was disconnected twice . Then I called again for the third time and I opted to get a call back . I got my call back and before resolving the issue I was disconnected again . I wasn’t able to get a call back or get through to anyone since . I don’t have any updated on my order or if and when it will be arriving . I have a senior living facility that is going through licensing process and not having ramps can cost me my license being issued on time . So as a customer unless this is resolved and I’m a satisfactory way my future business will go elsewhere . Thank you have a good day

I ordered a bath lifter last week. Four days later, you emailed me saying that three of the four colors were no longer in stock, but if I would take the orange one, I could have it sent to me. I replied back, asking if I took the orange one, when might it be delivered. When I initially ordered the product, your website stated product would ship April 19. After i ordered the product, your confirmation email stated the product would ship May 19, which I was very disappointed with. Then, when taking so long to let me know the product color I wanted was not available, and where I replied immediately, I am still waiting for your response. So, I would have to say that your customer service is very far below par.

Poor service. I ordered an item 3rd of Mar 2022. Received a shipping date of 7 March 2022. Item was billed to my credit card at the time of order. Checked back with your company end of first week. Received a new ship date of 4 Apr. Called customer service today (5 Apr) was informed item may ship 5 Apr 2022. I have not gotten a firm ship date as of cob. Poor , Poor ,Poor.

We ordered a hospital bed online on Saturday 3/27/22. We ordered this particular bed because it said that it would shipped by Tuesday 3/29/22. I received two emails confirming our order was placed and a receipt of our payment. I was told to expect another email when it shipped (expected to be 3/29) I did not receive any emails on 3/29 so on Wednesday 3/30, I called MedMart for an update. I was told that they have the order, and that it is being shipped from the warehouse and the warehouse assigns tracking numbers and it can be delayed a day or two but could very likely already be in transit. So I waited. On Friday 4/1/22 I called again. This time I was told that they have the order and they have no information for a tracking number. I asked where is the warehouse? They said it’s coming directly from the manufacturer not the warehouse. So I explained that we need this bed immediately and I need more information to arrange its arrival. I was told I would get an update within 2 hours. So I waited, again. After 4 hours I called back. I got the same representative and he was nice but also not helpful. He said he inquired and has no further information until the manufacturer responds. So I again explained that this is not ok, and asked if I could know where the manufacturer is located and any contact information so that I may call them and figure it out. I was told that he would call the manufacturer and give me an update immediately. It’s now Monday 4/4 and I still have no idea when or if this bed will ever come. I’m very disappointed, and feel that I now may have to look into canceling this order and find another company that can deliver this bed. I believe I was mislead by their online declaration that said ship date of 3/29/22! In this day with all the supply issues and lame excuses as to why whatever you ordered is not in fact in stock I see scams to get our money and not fully disclose that they don’t have the product, don’t know when they will ever get the product and can’t tell you anything…. Why would anyone order??

I have not heard a word since my order. Where is it? What's going on? It would be beneficial to get some updates.thanks
