We went to the retail outlet first so that we could “try out” the chairs. The sales lady was extremely friendly and helpful, even though we explained at the outset that the chair was for someone in another state. She suggested the online purchase. I called that number because I wanted to make sure I ordered the correct item. Again, the representative was extremely helpful. We had some time issues and he was able to get delivery quickly. We’re very impressed with the service - and the chair!
