We got the lift chair one week ago ,we are an elderly retired couple. The chair is for my wife who has a very bad back that can't be operated on due to a disease to her immune system. The chair has been a real blessing for her its extremely comfortable, very easy to get in and out of, and laying out flat lets her nap very comfortably. The remote control is very easy to use. She also loves the massage system on the chair. Could not have found a better chair and company to buy from.
