Just got the M-34 scooter yesterday. Very minor assembly, without any tools. From the day I ordered it to arrival was 9 days from Phoenix, Az. Not bad. It arrived in excellent condition via FedEx. Look forward to my wife enjoying the freedom it will give her.

We received our Nitro Duet very quickly. Although we've only had it one day, we are very happy with it and expect it to be a big help for my husband's mobility.

I recently purchased a motorized scooter rack for my wife's mobility scooter. Your service was wonderful, making my purchase quick and easy to complete. My purchase was shipped to me on time and without any problem. I would recommend your company to anyone needing your products. My Thanks, Max Templeton

I have never had a company that was so focused on communication with a customer as Med Mart was. From the minute I made a purchase right up to receiving my purchase I was kept informed of everything. These folks could teach a lot of other companies to make a customer feel like they are special. If the need comes up to purchase from Med Mart again I will.

Ordered a Non-Contact Infrared Thermometer & was very happy with how fast it was delivered. Love how easy it is to use. I give it bonus points for including the batteries!

Your rep was terrific, but you need to ditch fed ex,they dumped my scooter in the drive, never let me know it was here! Still do not know if it’s damaged, and then signed my name . I will not order anything else from anyone if fed ex has to deliver. I will inform you if the scooter is damaged when I can get someone to put together,my daughter has a bad arm and had a heck of a time getting it in .Thank you Joyce Duskins
