Much needed help provided by Darrell has been consistently professional and very much appreciated. I would have purchased the wrong power-operated bed were it not for his insight. Our local provider would never have caught this, nor cared. THANK YOU!

Very helpful staff. Quality product. Timely delivery. Only negative was the cannula supplier had a system shut down and I did not get the cannula I ordered at the time of my purchase of the condenser. Had to purchase a cannula elsewhere. One week later still waiting on my original cannula purchase.

I purchased a mattress for my husbands hospital bed. I talked to sales associate on the phone and he was very helpful. Suggested a couple that might work out for us. I needed a firm mattress. I ordered it and received it yesterday. Delivery time was pretty fast. My husband loves it. Great customer service. Thank you.

Customer service displayed compassion and personal interest in my wife's needs. They listened and answered all questions with terminology normal people can understand. Product arrived and performs beyond advertisement. Overall good experience. Will return for additional mobility needs as necessary. Shipper had some issues but that was not MedMart's doing.
