We sell multiple products that are considered hygienic items. Due to this, they are non returnable. We encourage all of our customers to read the return policy prior to checkout, and even have everyone acknowledge understanding prior to completing the transaction. We are sorry for your dissatisfaction, but we have to uphold our policies. Thank you, MedMart Team

Thank you for your feedback. Our records show that a refund is in process. It often takes 7-10 business days for the money to hit your account, dependent on your banking institution. We are doing our very best to keep the website accurate with lead times. Often these change with no warning as supply chain issues are still an obstacle. We truly value all of our customers and pride ourselves in being transparent and honest with product availability. Thank you, MedMart Team

Currently, there is a 90 day lead time on this cushion. This time frame is reflected on this specific item on the website. We are sorry for the delay, but we, as most most businesses are seeing delays that are out of our hands. All we can do is give realistic time frames on the products we sell. Thank you for your understanding. MedMart Team
