I like the fact that the products you order don't take long to get to you. The quality of the scooter cover is really good, and it fits easy and easy to put on.

I purchased the Invacare Carroll CS7 Hi-Low Hospital Bed for my 94 year old mother. The reviews from her caregivers are very positive and they particularly like the fact that the bed can go as low as 7" and as high as 30" as it makes changing her during the middle of the night or getting her up in morning very easy and takes the strain off of their back. They also really like the auto contour feature and have reported back that the ability to raise her legs has reduced the swelling in them caused by venous insufficiency. Finally, they report that she really likes the Heel Care RLX mattress and that she experiences much sounder and deeper sleep during the night which leads to better cognition during the day. While this is an expensive bed compared to many others, the positive benefits experienced by my Mother have more than outweighed the increased cost!

Equipment (wheelchair ramp) arrived quickly, was as described and worked. Good experience.

MedMart is a great company to buy from. Customer service is great, their pricing is very good and competitive, and when they give you the time and date of your delivery it is 100% accurate which I like because many other merchants give you a delivery date which turns out to be false. I will continue to purchase all my needed equipment and supplies from MedMart!

We have not received the major items as yet (hospital bed, Hoyer, etc.) but the Hoyer slings have arrived. The major items are not due to be delivered as yet. My contact, Stacy, has been a joy to work with. I have no doubt the major items will arrive when we decide on a delivery date and my wife heads home from our present stay at Grandview Rehab.
