Firstly, the sales rep was awesome. Due to COVID I had a limited window of time to set up my Dad’s new assisted living apartment (one day or 8 hrs on a Sunday) and if it wasn’t for her I would have never received the power lift chair in time. She helped me with the shipping, tracked it every step of the way. Secondly, it was simple to set up, as my husband and brother in-law installed it and it’s absolutely great quality. Lastly, my dad loves his new power lift chair! It was the key item we were looking to have for him, and without the awesome staff we would have never been able to find one in time. Thank you for putting customer service first!

The customer service representative was very courteous and knowledgeable. I placed my order and was advised that the 3-position medical chair would arrive in 3 to 5 business days. It arrived on the third business which surpassed my expectations. I will definitely use Med Mart for future needs.

Rollater arrived ready to go. Adjusted the handle bars and I was off for a test run. Felt totally in control and enjoyed my new posture. Looking forward to many casual strolls.
