Very helpful in ordering and explaining everything about my needs. There was only one small problem in shipping the mounting bracket on the head board end we’re damaged during shipping. I had to straighten both brackets in a vise. I understand how shipping is always a possible problem. The way the bed was packed was excellent.

You guys were very easy to work with and kept me informed of what was going on every step of the way. The bed arrived on the date that was promised and in good shape ( one of the head board brackets was bent but not a problem) Every time I called for information, the person would go to great lengths to answer my question.
