This device is Amazing! Finally a way to keep independence while being safe. The IndeeLift is a way to get up from the floor either from a fall or from having a reason to be on the floor such as yoga or exercise. The IndeeLift is strong and secure. Another amazing feature of the IndeeLift is it's ability to move it from room to room as it is on wheels. Thank you IndeeLift!

I base my rating mainly on the quality of the Harman Pinnacle SL300 stair lift. I am impressed by the low maintenance worm gear and rack and heavy duty construction resulting a very stable, smooth and simple operation and performance. I fine myself a little confused on the instructions for mounting the feet and I had to readjust the feet placement several times before I got the correct position and clearance height parameters. I think a couple more illustration in the installation instruction would be helpful. I also found screwing the end plate torque screws difficult. The screws tend to insert at an angle. I was able to overcome the problem by deburring the rail entry point with a 15/64 inch drill bit inserted about 1/4 inch to allow the self threading torque screws to insert straight. My installation was on thick carpet that compacted about 3/8 inch that need to be considered in order the get the minimum 2 inch rail height clearance specified. All in all the installation was somewhat challenging and the end result was well worth the challenge.

I purchased the rolling walker/wheelchair for my mom. She is in love with it. I'm so glad that she is happy. It's light weight and easy to use. It came already assembled, which made life much easier. Thanks so much for the speedy delivery. 😁😁😁!!!

Great price, great people to work with, no high pressure sales. The scooter works well for people who have trouble walking and it's easy to transport.

I called your customer service line twice, the first time the lady and I use that term loosely, was very rude. I tried to ask why your website says 1-2 day delivery, but when I got my order confirmation it said 5-7 days. She said well that’s just the way it is with COVID and then hung up on me. I called back about an hour later and spoke to a younger lady, and she was a lady. She looked up tracking numbers for all my items and gave me estimates on when they would arrive. She could not have been more helpful.
