I ordered a "back pack" for my husband's scooter for an upcoming trip to Disney World. The item arrived in a timelimely manner. However, it was defective. With some difficulty I finally got in contact with the correct person at Med Mart and he took care of the problem. A new back pack arrived the day before we were to fly out. Thanks. The back pack is awesome and we will get a lot of good use out of it.

I struggled to get the shipping carton open. Could not get the scooter off the shipping platform. I asked the delivery man if he would open the shipping container. Thought he was supposed to do the with curb side delivery and check for any damage. There was some damage to the left rear fender and at low speeds, their is a squeak coming from the right rear wheel. I liked the scooter. I gets me around as I need. Delivery was longer than I was told.

I was advised to buy the Exlarge vest for my 275 lb husband. It is way too big and their rules say I cannot send it back for exchange. Over $400 wasted.

Great customer service.They went above required to make sure part needed was correct.

I was able to chat with someone online to help me with my decision.. It came on time. It was easy to put together, but you do need a wrench to help make it tighter. Glad to have done business with you. Wish it had the brakes on it to keep in place but it gets the job done....
