Hello, This is completely false and inaccurate description of the personal attention you received to your problem. We shows almost 50 emails at different times over the span of several months and an exchange to you being offered to suit your specific needs and vehicle and spouse. As an Amazon shopper myself, never would I receive nor anyone for that matter, specialized assistance for medical equipment to fit the individuals needs/handicaps. Your order beforehand and during was placed with a sales rep and when he went on a short vacation is when his manager got involved and personally was a point of contact. For our customer service queue, if you were calling on a Monday or at any other high call volume time, we provide the option to not wait nor lose your place in line and request a callback. We understand the inconvenience that can be to our customers during those times. The last conversation I see that took place, you had a balance owed to us for the exchange and the sales manager waived that for you. We truly do our best with all of our customers needs and have to understand some people won't find it enough. We appreciate you for being our customer every single day and we're happy to help you further ever if needed again. Thank you.

Hello, We thank you for your review. Our return policy is listed and agreed to prior to checkout and shows cushions are not returnable. We're available by phone 9am-8pm EST and would have advised you of this prior to ordering. The request to us to return mentioned nothing of it being "wrong" but that it was ordered in the wrong size. While we regret that for you, cushions are very clearly listed as a non-returnable item. We hope that you find use of the cushion in some other fashion since they're multi-useful. We appreciate you for choosing us and truly would be happy to help you if we can in the future.

Hi there, We appreciate your review and tried our best to advocate for you however one of the main requirements is that you have original packaging to return in which this order shows there was none of to send it back. EWheels won't budge from that policy no matter how hard we try. We have tried to help you in any way we could and even were ready to make exceptions on fees if we could get them to accept. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if needed for any further explanation and we appreciate your business. Edit; Our policy states original packaging is required for return. Fees are assessed on eligible returns in which yours was not. Our policy and EWheels policy is original packaging is a must. I understand you're frustrated but again, please understand we did everything we could to try and get this resolved for you.

Thank you for your feedback. The website photo of this chair is a photo of the brisa fabric. You ordered hazelnut, which is a different fabric. The photo changes when the fabric dropdown changes.
