I saw your ad in our local newspaper and decided to call . I was looking for adjustable height bathtub safety rail . They had rail in stock and price was right. I ordered one and was delivered in a couple days. I asked for a catalog and was mailed one that I will be using for future purchases. The rep was friendly and professional.

Received timely, VERY well packaged and NO shipping damage! Took about an hour for me to unpackage, remove from box and reassemble. Enough charge on battery for test ride. Speed adjustment works well, easy to maneuver up and down standard ramp and feels stable over slightly uneven ground. Horn made me giggle! Battery fully recharged in less than 2 hours. Onboard or off board charging is convenient. Will take up most of my trunk to transport. Assembly and disassembly is pretty easy. I will be able to do this for my husband as the individual parts are not too heavy for me to maneuver! One problem: the basket is really difficult to attach and does not have a handle. Over all, satisfied with this purchase. Sorry, I need to add a correction. The company has reached out to me with the recommendation that the Initial battery charge be for 10-12 hours or overnight. This company is responsive and consumer oriented!
