I needed a replacement part for my Blue Streak. Despite accidental runarounds due to me not knowing the specific part I needed, MedMart was very helpful in replacing the bent wheel fork on my wheelchair. A little bummed that it was not covered under warranty because it was still in the 3-year limit and who expects a metal part to bend when hitting a crack in a sidewalk but there is nothing I can do about that.

Product arrived a day late, but I was called and told it would be late. I called on delivery date and told it would show up around 4:00 PM at around 4;30, the driver called and apologized for being late and would show up in about 20-30 minutes. He did and actually removed delivery from it's shipping pallet and took the pallet away. All in all it was a great experience. I don't do too many reviews and really enjoy giving a good one.

The process was made it easy to order, and was very quick to receive my ramp.

On 09/14/20 there was a situation where our adult son was rushed to ER and hospitalized for a week, left with left side weakness. Our son is a bug guy, he came to our home where we had to make things convenient for the weak left side and getting up and down because an issue. Lift chair came to mind, but the company here said 6-8 weeks delivery, did not have one in stock. I went online early am on 09/23"searching for a chair but not really knowing what I needed. There was an ad that popped up Med Mart online , chat or call. I called a young man answered,"may I help you"? I introduced myself, he was cordial, patient, very knowledgeable and willing to help me .I was very thankful answered and gave me a few instructions as to the measurements of the chair he was sitting in. He found a chair, gave me numbers to pull it up, so I could see the product. I was pleased, placed the order. This was Wednesday am around 10 . The young man told me about basic assembly of the chair and it would probably arrive the following Tuesday - Wednesday. I thank the young man for being so patient and helpful to me. I do know Devine Intervention took place as well as choosing the Sales Representative who waited on me, because on that day 09/23 I received a call from RL Carriers saying the chair would be delivered between 1 & 5 pm on Friday 09/25. Thank you so much for all your help, our son was so grateful for the chair, and it certainly eased the apprehensive feelings of not having control of standing or sitting before this incident. The products for sheets were of high quality and fit the hospital bed perfectly. All other misc items were delivered on schedule. Also in my order, was a lift that again arrived on time in perfect working order...I am very pleased to do business with Med Mart in the furture!
