Darrell is wonderful and super helpful!! His communication was fabulous, he followed through and within 5 days my mom received her chair and we are in California. The delivery was super fast, easy and well done. The chair was also really easy to put together and set up. My mom absolutely LOVES her new chair, she calls it her “Cadillac” since she doesn’t drive anymore. The lumbar support is so wonderful, especially for those with back problems. The head adjustment is just as amazing and comfortable. The stitching is high end and the chair is definitely high quality. It super comfortable, so much that she doesn’t want to get out of it!
