He was not a “salesman”, but was someone who cared and was focused on helping me find the right product that met my needs. He was patient, provided guidance, and sent many emails to communicate status on the order and it’s shipping information. He answered all my followup emails/questions promptly. I placed my order online and within 2 weeks the bed was delivered and installed. I highly suggest paying the extra charge for delivery and set-up. Great bed and great customer service.

This wheelchair met my needs perfectly I really am so happy with it. I love how it lays down so when I have my spasms I am able to lay backwards and it really helps.Having the head support is really great because at the moment I can only hold my head up for about 5 minutes or so. I am a short person so it was really nice that the headrest has the flexibility to change position and become shorter or taller depending upon your length of person. So that was very helpful. This has been a wonderful purchase I would highly recommend this product. It's a great price for the quality! I think this is a really good deal for the money.
