I was very impressed with the quick delivery and the wheels were the only assembly. It will save me from having to call 911 for help.

We did finally receive the chair and it is perfect. We did have some problems with the Fed EX delivery because somehow they thought the weight was 150 lbs but after I explained to them that it was a wheelchair and that it doesn't weigh that much then they delivered it the next day.

Needed to replace the batteries in my gogo so I called them up they found me in their system and helped me order them. I received the batteries in a timely manner.

The charging dock works great and was received in a timely fashion. We did receive the 'review request' way ahead of delivery, though.
