The staff at Medmart, particularly Derrell, was very courteous and helpful. The item arrived ahead of schedule. Unfortunately, the mattress is already breaking down after only 6 days. I was assured that this wouldn't happen. With a no return policy, I spent a lot of money on an item that isn't as good as promised.

Great lightweight wheelchair, can't wait to get outside with it but it's not much for use in my small house, better to use walker.

Other than trying to track an incorrect tracking number and difficulty accessing my account everything was great. Darrell worked with me to get my dad the new motorized wheelchair he needed and Margaret helped me with the tracking and accessing. I'm not much of an online buyer and buying a wheelchair was even more intimidating (from my perspective). I wouldn't hesitate to do this again.

Personal service from Derrell was excellent, I couldn't ask for better. But two months to get my order is dismal.

Med Mart needs to be updated on the products of their vendors as to when they do not sell the products anymore to avoid delays and dropped orders. After discovering mine was dropped by me calling, Darrell was amazing in taking care of the issue and for his part in customer service I rank a high 5, thank you.

Only real problem was in the tracking of my shipment. tracking number had no URL associated with it. WEB site had to be searched out, then the tracking number cut and pasted onto the carriers site.

My husband loves this chair. Roll so easily. I would have given 5 stars but did not receive the free cushion. No one has contacted me about it either.
