Customer service here is terriffic! Evan went over and beyond in helping me to decide which chair would work best for me. No rush, no high pressure sales tactics, nothing but pure old fashioned customer comes first attitude.

Great customer service and speedy delivery.

I ordered an electric hospital bed. It arrived with several parts damaged in transit. I emailed pictures of the damage to customer service after I called them. I had the replacement parts in 3 days. I am very impressed with the level of customer service and will buy from this company again.

This purchase went flawlessly. The young lady who handled my order was very professional and knowledgeable. She made sure I got the right equipment and gave me the best price available. The shipping was exemplary. This was a crucial piece of equipment during my current malady, and it arrived almost immediately. The delivery was perfect and everything worked out well. If you’re going to purchase medical equipment I recommend you purchase it from Med Mart.

Very easy process of ordering and being able to speak with a LIVE person for a change. Price was better than anyone else and delivery went very smoothly. I highly recommend Med Mart!

We received the Indeelift within days of order in perfect mechanical condition. Every senior home should have this lift. After our mom fell for the first time at 89, she called the local medic at 2am To get her off floor. Three days we learned they had COVID running through their staff. When mom fell a second time, we tried to lift her to couch with much, much, much difficulty and strained our backs, literally. We then remembered a product out there that lifts people off the floor so did a search. We found the Indeelift from Medmart and now we don’t have to have potential COVID carriers come into moms apartment. Mom can get to it at 2am if she can and we can help her to it when we go to help. Thank you IndeeLift.
