Stacey answered all my questions and helped me get a quick delivery during the busy Thanksgiving week. The Invacare CS7 bed is pricey, but is well worth it! The bed lowers all the way to 7inches from floor which provides safety for my Mom who is recovering from hip surgery. The essential side assist rails came under separate cover. Unfortunately, they are both marred with black scratches. I am in touch with Customer Service and am hopeful to have them replaced!

the electric wheel chair showed up on time (when they said it would), properly packaged without damage. Once fully assembled (not much assembly was required), unfold and install joystick. Installed wires for joystick and batteries. The batteries were charged so I was immediately able to see if the unit worked properly and it did. Instructions were pretty clear and to the point for initial operation. Was concerned about the warning not to let the unit get wet, which I need to talk to the "med-mart" chat person about. The unit looks pretty water tight, they maybe more concerned about the seat getting wet. The unit was a bit heavier than I thought and may be difficult to handle in and out of car.

Daryl Flunker was very helpful in making sure my order was was submitted correctly. We were having issues ordering through the site, but Daryl contacted a few times to let me know the order was processed the way I wanted it.
