I ordered the BestStand SA182. The ordering process, the questions answered, the promptness of the order being shipped, were all professional. I assembled the BestStand in 45 minutes, and it works extremely well. My wife has a severe neurological disease (PSP) and she cannot stand or move her arms. I was worried that this lift might not work. To my great relief, it does work and her caregivers love it! My only suggestion is that the directions need to be a little clearer on assembling the battery component. Also, the battery did not work at first, even though the icon said the battery was fully charged. Small points, in what was a very satisfying purchase.

Very nice rail. Helps my Dad roll over to rail side, as well as, get up to Edge of bed. We have not had to extend it beyond initial set up out of box. He loves the rail.

Evan was outstanding. He answered all my questions and researched any questions he did not know the answer to and got back to me promptly. He was also very honest and helpful and helping me select a low air loss mattress for my father. He also helped me choose a vendor who was going to be able to deliver my equipment and the time frame that I needed based on my location. He always followed up with me and my mattress arrived earlier than expected!
