I ordered a bath lift. On the website it said that it lowered to 30°. Unfortunately, the bath chair only lowered to 45°. I spoke with a customer service representative and after a brief phone call she issued the Fed ex label for me to return the chair, even though this was not a returnable item. Although I was not satisfied with the item, I was very satisfied with the service that they provide it.

Good product, good sales rep, fast shipping.

Done on line, customer service was very helpful when checking on status. Chair was delivered as scheduled, which was three weeks sooner that the ship by date shown on web site.

When another provider was less than accommodating to our needs, I Med Mart took the time to make sure our needs were met. I understand that they are family owned and operated and it showed.

They was the best price on the product I got and they delivered it real fast.

Much needed product. You need to work with insurance companies...my only complaint.
