Order came before expected. Walker basket was as expected but quality of tray insert for the price left much to be desired.

The customer service was very good. I have two complaints. We didn't receive the sheets with the bed order, which made us wait another 10 days to receive them. We also ordered a trapeze that is a wonderful piece of equipment they way it is made, but it came all scratched up. I was very unhappy with the condition of it. But I like the company and the service.

The only negative I have is we did not receive an email when the product was shipped, but the customer service rep made sure we had all necessary information.

Bed received very quickly but no word about mattress and no response to phone messages.

Would have given a 5 but the product was on a slight backorder that was not revealed (I don't believe intentionally). Darrell was great to work with

I am seventy six years old and taking care of my handicapped husband. He is still able to go to the bathroom but unable to get off the toilet. I am so grateful for the lift seat. It will certainly save my back! Greatest invention since corn flakes! I have already showed it to numerous individuals. My husband's therapist didn't know there was such a thing. My neighbor that installed it showed it to his daughter that works with handicapped individuals, she is going to recommend they get one to save her back.

Julie was great. Only complaint was promised delivery on Friday with assurance no later than Monday and did not arrive until today which is Wednesday. Wondering where closest service provider is to Green Bay and if I need to register with Invacare.
