The best customer service ever! I doubled ordered on a Fri after hours and spoke to Darill on line who told me he would make sure I only received one Indeelift and would make sure the the other was credited. I spoke to a CS rep on the phone Mon. and she made sure my second one got credited. We received the lift on Wed. Perfect and easy to put together. Got my credit in record time. I was having trouble with my internet connection when I placed my first order. I did not get confirmation right away so I thought it did not go through, only because ai used Amazon Pay. When I went to place the same order again, just seconds before pressing the "Place Order" button I got confirmation that the first one DID go through. The next morning I checked with MedMart to make sure my order was indeed received. After going through a few channels I got upper management that took care of all my needs. They went above and beyond my expectations.

I had tried others, but these guys did it w/o a problem. Shipping was fast.

Our MedMart purchasing experience was excellent. Ordered a product via phone for residential use. The phone rep verified what we were ordering and gave helpful tips on accessories. The product was in stock at MedMart's warehouse, so they knew exactly when it shipped (next business day) and sent us a tracking number. It arrived well- packed. No shipping issues. Hope we dont need any more medical equipment, but if we did, wouold definitely shop here.
