The lifting mechanism works well and is much appreciated. His Mom really liked the fabric and the color. The sales person that took my order was patient, knowledgeable and polite. The price for a custom chair was reasonable. The delivery was as promised with status reports from the time the chair left its origin to the time it was delivered. The entire process worked smoothly.
