I was called within twenty four hours to be informed that the mattress I bought online had a long back-date wait. The lady who helped me was very quick and helpful in guiding me to a comparable replacement mattress. Two more iterations later, we finally got a suitable replacement. Margaret was very kind and genuinely concerned that I get a replacement mattress ASAP as I needed one quick. I was very happy with her service and would definitely call and order from MedMart again. Very happy customer! My husband and I purchased a modular ramp. Not having done so before, we were unsure about ramp lengths and calculations. The team at Med Mart customer service went above and beyond and worked with us and the manufacturer to design a ramp that was safe. I’m so glad we went with that design as our original plan would have been too steep. This ramp will allow my husband and I to stay in our forever home. Thank you Med Mart!

In a "somewhat" critical medical situation a physician recommended some equipment to assist a patient. Calls to Med Mart were successful in expediting my purchase without any complaints or excuses.

First I read your reviews of walkers/rollators. My first one, the one I I had used for 3 1/2 years to ambulate around my home, has lost its brakes, and when I tried to replace them, I was told that replacements were unavailable. So I found you on the internet, and you had quite a few candidates. I spent some time reading all of them that seemed close to what I wanted. I chose the one that seemed to fit my needs, and boy, did it! I wanted handles that were adjustable upward, so that I could walk standing fully upright. My old walker was truly deteriorating my posture. I wanted it to be strong but lightweight, easy to load into a car trunk, and easy to navigate around the house, inside and out. I also wanted it to be easy to put together, and by sheer luck it was. I am delighted, with your service (including the speed in which you got it to me, though a few bad snowstorms had slowed down delivery). I am happy to do business with you.
