The MedMart staff was always available and ready to help after the scooter was shipped. They get 5 stars for their follow-up and help. Everything went rather smoothly after it was shipped and it arrived in Omaha in two days. But there was a few days layover in Omaha when waiting for a semi with a drop gate and powered pallet mover. Actually, that was not an issue. When the truck did arrive the driver placed the shipment right smack into our garage and I couldn't wait to open the box! The batteries are now hooked up, charged, and the Victory 10 Three Wheel is off and running. I was rather shocked at it's size compared to my old Sonic but riding it is like going from a Pinto to a Cadillac! Thanks again for a great product and your fantastic follow-up! Arven B.
