Pretty good experience all around after I got straight on what I wanted. Shipping was rough though the cardboard box was rough and the foam packing was all busted up but the scooter survived it all.

Everything was delivered promptly! Functioning well so far. I ordered the Hoya Lift!

Hi i ordered a wheelchair just had a few minor problems was late getting here but only a week. But I love this chair it's called a Freedom 2!!!! So light weight and has a cup holder and a bag for things you need to carry!! Thanks Angie P.

Overall a bit confusing. First order didn't take. I called and lady said it didn't (checkout) so she ordered it for me. When delivery came I was for two chairs! , two separate orders. I sent one back.

Customer service by Darryl was great -- both Darryl and I experienced a frustration with the supplier of the item we ordered and instead of it being shipped the day after the order, which we paid for, it was delayed by more than a week. Darryl did keep us to date with the issue for which we were grateful.

I purchased the Golden BuzzAround EX. In my opinion, this is the top of the line for this size motorized scooter. I have an older model Golden Companion ll that I've had for almost 20 yrs and it was a great scooter until recently when the onboard charger went out. I decided to purchase the BuzzAround EX as a replacement and it did not disappoint. I can transport it on my lift that's attached to my vehicle or I can take it apart and put it in the back of my vehicle. Although it took only about 2 min to disassemble and place in my vehicle, the parts were a little heavy for me to do this on a consistent basis because I have issues with my back and limits on what I can lift. The only issue I have with customer service is I was never notified when the scooter was shipped as they said they would. I found out my scooter had been shipped when FedEx called to set up a delivery time. Other than that, I am fully enjoying the Golden BuzzAround EX. It's fun to drive, agile and the shocks give a really comfortable ride. I love it!

Ok experience took longer to get wheelchair than I wanted then came with wrong wheels but that is more invocares fault I would recommend changing hold music after hearing new York New York four or five times in a row you may go crazy but all in all they are good people
