Ordered a seat cushion for 500 dollars and it was as bad as not having a cushion. Called to return it and they won’t let me, I had it for one day. I will never do business with Medmart again.

Ordered a Etac Molift Raiser for sit-to-stand help. Paid $120 for 2nd day expedited shipping. When the box arrived on Friday afternoon it was the wrong device. Everyone had gone home for the weekend by the time I discovered the error, and the "helpdesk" which was supposed to be open on Saturday never answered my calls and when I left a call-back number, no one called back. Very unhappy with my first Medmart experience. Was hoping to use Medmart a lot because my mobility-limited wife needs a lot of mechanical aids, but after this experience I'm not sure I can do that. Tomorrow is Monday and I am hopeful Medmart management will step up and make things right quickly. If so, this review may change.

My conversation with Stacey Bryant and the email I received from her are inconsistent. When I placed the order, she told me she has 3 units available but on her email she sent me, she has 1 unit that was opened for customer demo. I have a feeling there are multiple Stacey Bryant and they don’t communicate with each other to give me an honest answer.

Totally disappointed my lift recliner that I paid top dollar for is now stuck in the upright lift position and will not move. They said that they were having trouble with the controlling mechanism. They would not give me a date when they can replace it. So it’s a giant paperweight. A $2000 one! Just a follow up I still have not received a Manufactory defective part for my paper weight of a lift recliner. I specifically ordered it for an upcoming surgery on June 13. Now I have no use for the chair. And they do not return phone calls or emails! It’s still under warranty. Thoroughly disappointed. On that note does anyone need a power lift recliner that just raise and lower your feet. I had to order a new one for the surgery.

I cancelled my order via email 9 minutes after placing it, and it went ignored. Items were mailed the next afternoon and I’m being charged hundreds of dollars because of manufacturing fees. The item that I don’t need unopened because I don’t need hence my cancellation request. Additionally, the item was a “free item” that’s somehow become hundreds of dollars

I called med-mart on the 27th of April about my lift chair broke down. He said someone would call me back later today or tomorrow. (No one called) now it's Friday and I called. Told to late in the week would have someone call me next week. By Thursday of next week no call. I called and asked if I could get someone out to fix my chair. After some discussion I was told I would have to pay for labor for repairs. I said fine. Switched to someone else and on hold. He came back on and said she's busy and would call me back.(no call back) now it's been another week. After some discussion back and forth I paid the laber. Another week starts and on Tuesday I have an appointment with repair man he looked at it and found out the controller was stuck in up mode. Tryed a diffrent controller and it worked but the motor is bad. He ordered another motor. Before he left I asked how long will it take He said a week or two. Two weeks later I call to see if the motor came in and was told I would have to pay for labor for them to come back out.this is the worst service I've ever had. I'm going somewhere else.

Took scooter in for 4 batteries to be changed. $800 later got scooter back and when I went to ride it it made a horrible dragging sound. My scooter sounded fine before we took it in for the batteries. Scooter completely died. Brakes locked up. Could not move. Son had to push scooter home. Called the next day and spoke to manager who said repair guy would come to house to check scooter at no charge ($130). Repairman showed up the following day at 6:45pm. Was here maybe 5 -10 minutes and said scooter was missing a bolt but couldn’t replace due to not having one on him. Said we could bring scooter to store but not sure when he could fix it. I depend on my scooter to get me around so I don’t want to hear that you will look at it when you have time. Customer service is horrible. We will take our business elsewhere
