Knowledgeable chat before purchase. Good price, delivery fairly quick. Delivery should include in to house, apt. Not just outside delivery when ordering heavy equipment.

The scooter is great but the delivery was horrible! It was dropped off standing👆 & nobody even knocked on door. My wife and I are both handicapped & at 9:30 pm we saw it in the middle of walkway! It was to late to get help! I'm sure glad it was still there!

Very happy to have found Med Mart. They have a special bed that before now I could only find in Europe. The only problem that I had was the bed was delivered without the special 2 part mattress that it requires. My husband is very handicapped and his bed had been taken down when the bed arrived. APA Medical who delivered the bed were amazing, they put his old bed back up and waited until I could talk to someone ay Med Mart. That was not easy, after many tries I finally hit the response that I wanted to order and talked to Darrell Flunker, he was very helpful and we received the mattress's on Friday(bed delivered on Wed). The bed is fabulous and has really made our life better. Thank you Med Mart!

Wheel Chair arrived. I was so excited to receive it. Opened the box and it was the wrong color. Otherwise it seems like a quality built chair.I contacted customer service and they were very nice and told me I would know by Monday the 14th. I am sure this will be resolved quickly and I will receive the color I ordered.

It's very helpful around town. However, not sturdy enough for gardening, or other outside chores. I'm attaching mirror and reflectors and an American Flag to display my affection for My Country.

Easy to customize your lift chair choice. I was concerned when I didn't get an estimated time of arrival as I did not know that the chair I ordered had to be built! I had to call Med Mart to find out when I would expect to receive delivery. Ordered in second week in July and expect shipping company to contact me after August 18th.
