I'm choosing a rather neutral rating because I haven't received the order. It is taking longer than anticipated, but that is not the fault of Med Mart website which seems easily navigable. I made the payment when I placed the order. It was a few days before they told me when my payment was accepted. Several days later, notified my order had been placed. Still waiting for confirmation that it has been shipped at which time I'll be given a tracking number. It has been a week now since ordering on line. Overall, it is pleasant to do business with them.

Purchased a wheelchair for my stepfather but it turned out that it was not going to be able to ship for roughly a month which was frankly unacceptable. However, the customer service was excellent and they were incredibly polite about helping me cancel my order and untangling the financing.

Certain items don't have enough details or pictures. There should be 10 or more photos of the items being shown so consumers can be more aware of the items being purchased. Have more video information showing consumers how to operate and what to do when it comes to putting items away. Navigating on the site should be seamless with filters giving exactly what customers ask for or need. Offer more electric wheelchairs with remote controls.

Online it’s specified, same day shipping… I ordered yesterday I have not received a tracking…

Was told the the scooter broke down into five pieces and like the other one I describe the largest piece weighed thirty-nine pounds, but that not true and is to heavy without help

Taking too long for my delivery

I felt that considering i am a mobility scooter rental company that's trying to establish a business relationship and not a one time purchase,I do feel the over all price for the mobility scooter could have been more affordable.

The ad showed a color available that was discontinued. It still is showing incorrectly.
