I love the wheelchair. The only complaint I have is I have had it for 3 week's and most of the tube cap's have come off.

Thanks to the video I knew exactly what to expect from this product. It works well and is worth the money, as calling 911 every time my husband fell seemed wasteful for the 4 firemen that arrived at the house with lights flashing on their long, long fire truck. In our situation, if the lift isn't close to where my husband falls, he's unable to get to it in order to get himself lifted. I have to still be around in order to roll the lift to him. But I knew that going in and that's ok as it rolls easily. It's a good product and wow, was it ever packed well!

The buying experience was great. The product was great. Even the shipping was right on the money. Great company !!!

Everything came out great. Got an upgra.de and got old instruction book. The wait was worth it for the upgrade. Still haven't got he new book but they were on the bala talked to me about the upgrades with the new book.

We ordered Premier In-Home Delivery, where the tech delivered, unpacked and connected all the parts, then demonstrated how the product works. It was well worth the extra expense. And to know who to call when the product needs service is an added benefit.

Scooter came on time and product assembled with no problems.
