I recommend this company to anyone with medical needs. I purchased an electric scooter for my husband and it was not the correct one for the terrain around our home. I had no problem at all in exchanging it to a larger one. I didn't even have to wait until they received the returned scooter before I got the new one. The returned scooter was lost by Fed-ex in shipment so I had to file a claim. The representative at Med-Mart was extremely helpful. I could not ask for a better company to buy from.
