I ordered a walker for my 90yo mom. Ordered the one that looked good and arranged to have it shipped to her. Quickly received a ship date, but nothing ever arrived. After several weeks, I called customer service to resolve the issue. Ended up spending more money on a walker that was in stock and ready to ship. Confirmed shipping, and hung up happy. Several weeks later (slow shipping) a large package showed up on my doorstep (I live several states away). Mom still doesn’t have her walker, and I’m trying to find a way to get it to her. I’m fairly annoyed.
