everything was ok, but the deliver person didn't help a disable person put it in the home, he left it outside and I ask him to help me but he didn't. That's, is the only problem.

The scooter arrived in short order. It was the right color, and the only parts I had to assemble was the seat and the basket. My wife wants me to build a ramp so she can drive it off the porch and down into the yard. What I did build was a loading ramp so I can load or unload it into the car. Without the battery installed, it is easy to pick up to either load or unload in the store's parking lot. All in all, this is a spiffy little scooter. My wife loves it, and it makes her life, so much more enjoyable. What makes her life enjoyable, filters down to me as well. We will take it to the state fair on 9/3/2021. That will really put the battery to the test. I would not hesitate to recamend this unit to anyone who inquires about it. Thank you for your interest, in my thoughts, concerning this product.
