Great service in obtaining the product we wanted. Was disappointed that we were required to pay sales tax when other companies selling the same equipment did not charge any due to the fact the unit purchased was for medical use.

I have not received my order so cannot comment.

Product arrived very quickly and in great shape. No assembly instructions in the box but they were available online. Didn't need them though, as assembly was self-explanatory.

The check out process was super easy and the order was shipped within a day or so. Upon receiving the item, I noticed it was packaged very well and was better quality than I would have expected.
