Good experience buying from Med Mart. If their post delivery customer service is as good as the pre delivery customer service the 5 Star rating will stand. Ordered was a Pride Go Chair. Med Mart was responsive to my inquiries regarding the shipping date and apologetic for delays by the manufacturer which were beyond their control. Once a solid shipping date was given by Pride, Med Mart notified me and my item arrived just one day after shipped with tracking number provided by the shipping company. Everyone I communicated with from Med Mart customer service were friendly, polite and helpful. I never had a problem reaching a representative by chat / message / phone, and responses were very timely and detailed. Overall positive online buying experience. Thank you Med Mart.

I ordered the Premier Shipping because your free shipping only delivers to curbside and I live in an apartment (You need to work on that. Probably many of your customers are like me - elderly and unable to move heavy items, and also are on limited budgets. It was almost a deal breaker in my case).
