I was looking for a lift gate for my car. This one came up and I went to chat and talked to Darrell who answered all my questions. I then was able to decide and purchase online.

The website and online ordering was very clear and easy. Customer service was very helpful in answering my lingering questions. I am so looking forward to receiving my scooter and gaining my mobility back. Good company!

My experience was great, I looked up the product online called the number as I needed the scooter ASAP. The lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and courteous, I explained to her my situation and she assured me that the product will be shipped today and I will receive it tomorrow, I would recommend Med Mart to any one who may need medical equipment

Julie was a big help in getting the best scooter for my dad. The one I was looking at would have been too much for him to handle and she directed me to a perfect fit which was actually a cost saving selection.

I spoke with Kristin (not sure of the spelling) in the lift chair division. She was very pleasant and once she knew my wife and I were senior citizens made sure to explain about the chairs and answered all of my questions without hesitation. She is a great representative of your company. Any company would be proud to have her on the payroll. I ordered two chairs because of her.
