Got earlier delivery than expected which was Nice ,im 5'7" and wish the foot rest was a little longer, unless im sitting way back my feet hang over. I got 2 position recliner and wish i got 3 ,sometimes id like To lean back a little more. Im a large person and got a heavy duty chair ,overall im very satisfied with the chair and dont Feel like i have To be super careful for fear of chair breaking. I would recomend this chair just be sure of the length you want and how far you want To tip back. The people at medmart very helpful and friendly. Would definately buy from them again.

Ordering with Stacey at Med-Mart was a joy. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and worked hard to get me the best possible deal. We ordered a large item and paid to have it set up and delivered for us. There was a delay in the delivery and the Med-Mart representatives helped me get a delivery date that worked for our mother. I would have rated 5 stars except the delivery guys delivered the item to our home instead of my Mothers home. Luckily my husband happened to be home when they were unloading the item and told them the correct address for delivery. If my husband had not been there, it would have been disastrous.

Told chair would ship Thursday at latest with immediate update on shipping. No info except for this survey which should have followed chair delivery. Where is merchandise?

Got my order promptly. More communication would be helpful. Sales lady said they would notify me when order shipped. Didn't hear a word until it was to be delivered

Very nice customer service. Address was correct but UPS did't try very hard to deliver. I have made several calls regarding the delivery. Will not get until next Monday. It was a little miss leading 3 to 5 day delivery. The order wasn't received by shipping company til the 29th. I hope this will work for Mary. Thank you, Linda

Had some problems in delivery, but it was taken care of very well. I have bought more items from Med-Mart and been very pleased with the whole precise.
