The phone assistant (Stacy, line 6) was very helpful and patient. She helped me find the right ramp for my home, and me! She also assisted us with the purchase, since it was over our daily spending limit. Great experience! All that, and she was very nice!

There was no diagram or instructions to install the battery backup module with the package. Medmart referred me to Invacare - after 30 minutes of being bounced around from department to department I finally got someone who knew how to install the battery backup device. (Medmart should have known how to install something they sell.)

Kristan was very helpful! I called earlier last week and needed to order a lift chair for my Mom. The chair we wanted to order the Viva Radiance would arrive to our new house before we were in Florida. I spoke to her today and she helped me order the chair and will be perfect time for arrival at our new place. It was a peace of mind for me to have such a helpful and nice person to talk to you.
