My first and only contact was with Kristian. I have nothing but the highest praise for her, her knowledge of the item I purchased and all the things I needed to know to make this purchase happen. Kristian was, polite, listened to what I needed, very knowledgeable and I felt like I was treated with respect.. I have passed your website on to my son's case manager who in turn has shared it with other case manager. She was not aware of the variety of equipment available for people with disabilities.
